TRADITIONAL BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN ZAGOROCHORIA, EPIRUS
On the edge of a picturesque village in this beautiful region, this building of 421 m2 is located directly next to a lush forest. The initial structure dates back to the 19th century and a complete reconstruction took place in 2009. A garden of 745 m2 functions as a courtyard, while an adjacent land plot of 180 m2 with building factor 1 allows for the development of another 180 m2. The hotel offers eight bedrooms (six doubles, one triple and one quadruple) all with ensuite bathrooms and fireplaces. The common areas include a large living room with a fireplace, a reception area, two guest WCs, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and numerous auxiliary and storage rooms. The construction is of local stone and the ceilings feature wood panelling with exposed beams. The wonderful aesthetics of the interior spaces, the perfect combination of French countryside style together with the quality of the construction and the direct contact with nature, combine to create a perfect haven for either personal or commercial use. Today it operates as a traditional guest house known for its high aesthetics and quality of hospitality.
