This unique property is the result of a “coup de foudre” experienced by a connoisseur which resulted in years of persistent effort to gather the consent of more than 70 owners who agreed to sell their properties. This was followed by further years of hard work to restore the ancient stone paths of the village and the houses which were a 17th century architectural masterpiece. The land area of 18,989 m2 includes buildings of 1,111 m2 featuring 12 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and most with sitting rooms as well. Every room is different, each house is unique. One of the houses serves as the main reception area with a large living room, a dining room, a card-playing room, and a reading room-library. It is possible to add 1,000 m2 of construction to enlarge the village. Sea views are enjoyed from many parts of the grounds and terraces. Grapevines, olive and citrus trees as well as two hundred and fifty almond trees are planted around the estate. The seaside village of Korthi is a short distance away. High aesthetics and harmony with nature are combined in this renovated traditional settlement which is now ready for immediate use and enjoyment.
